    Hi, I am new here. I live in northern lower Michigan. I have been back yard birding for 3 years or so. I hope this forum will be a valuable resource.

    Welcome it is kind of slow around here sometimes, but it is a great group of people. If you have a question they should be able to answer or point you in the right direction.

    hey there!  like ryan said, it can (and has been) rather quiet here lately.  but feel free to poke around, see what others have done.

    we're a pretty sedate group that can be quite generous with advice and suggestions.

    hope you enjoy your stay.
